Return & Refund Policy
We do not accept returns or offer refunds for items ordered incorrectly by the customer, or for change-of-mind requests.
We only accept returns or issue replacements in cases where:
- The item arrives damaged
- You received the wrong item due to a warehouse or processing error
To be eligible for a return under these conditions, your item must be in its original packaging, unused, and you must provide a photo of the issue along with proof of purchase within 14 days of delivery. If your return request is approved, we’ll send you instructions for return or send a replacement item at no extra cost.
Items sent back to us without prior approval will not be accepted.
Damages & Order Issues
Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us at support@getmicromist.com within 14 days so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Non-Returnable & Non-Refundable Items
- Items ordered in error by the customer (wrong product, wrong address, etc.)
- Sale items or promotional offers
- Gift cards
- Any item not reported within 7 days of delivery
Refunds (if applicable)
Refunds are only issued in the event of damaged items or incorrect orders caused by our team. Once approved, refunds will be issued back to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note it may take additional time for your bank or card provider to process the refund.
